While developing this syndicated marketing program, we found that radio stations don't have a stand-alone advertising campaign available for time slots of less than 15 seconds; let alone two seconds.

Commercials shorter than this magic number of 15 seconds have traditionally been available only when "bundled" with the typical 15-second or longer radio time slots.

They call these short five second ads "adlets".
