BLUEsecret Syndicate Mission, Services, Terms & Rates

The BLUEsecret Syndicate is a limited membership advertising cooperative with only 100 member slots.  Any one syndicate member may reserve as many slots as are available.  It is important to understand that when all one hundred slots are filled, no more ads will be accepted until a member gives up their syndicate membership and/or some or all of their slots.

What does this mean for you?  Maximum exposure! Corner the market on the slots and you’ve taken control of the syndicate!

In order to avoid dilution of ads through over crowding, syndicate members agree that only 100 slots be created. Members of the syndicate then share the cost and exposure that the wildly popular GoBigBlue.com domain name provides for Video Free Lexington.

By advertising collectively, syndicate members promote themselves as well as the performing artists that provide the entertainment content at Video Free Lexington.  These artists are not paid but instead seek venues to promote and expose their art, music, news, communities and more.  This multimedia social networking portal for local artists, Video Free Lexington, provides just such a venue.

Your participation in this marketing syndicate directly supports budgeted advertising in newspaper, radio, and other advertising venues both in print and online to provide exposure for VFL. As a syndicate member you are invited to participate in higher-level marketing opportunities that include direct exposure of your company’s name as a sponsor of VFL within our radio spots.

Video Free Lexington sells nothing but exposure.  Our mission is to provide entertainment & networking resources to people, artists, producers & communities that live in and/or love the Bluegrass Region of Kentucky.  To do so, we bring low cost advertising exposure to sponsoring syndicate members that want to reach local markets.

As a true local social networking web portal, your sponsorship brings people together both virtually (online) and in the real world.

Terms: Prepayment is required. We reserve the right to reject or alter advertising that may be considered objectionable. Changes made by us will not result in a refund. Advertisements that contain false or misleading statements will be rejected without a refund. The advertiser and/or syndicate member assumes liability for all content and assumes responsibly for any claims against the syndicate as a result of misleading or fraudulent advertisements. Changes made to text ads after posting will result in an additional fee of $25.00. Changes made to graphics after posting are performed at the custom banner creation hourly rate.

 

Because your participation is membership based and your contributing funds are dispersed into marketing venues other than just simply our website, the BLUEsyndicate does not grant refunds under any circumstances.  Because your ad is included in a rotational system, the frequency that it is exposed (on limited shared space) will depend on how many campaign slots you reserve and will not appear every time you visit the website (unless you control all of the 100 syndicate slots).

 

Slot Weight: A single campaign weight of one (1) would be seen half as often as a campaign that has a campaign weight of two (2).  A campaign weight of three (3) is exposed twice as often as a campaign with a weight of two (2) and four (4) times as often as a campaign weight of one (1).  An increase of weight by one (1) doubles the exposure frequency of a campaign.
